Associate Professor Chibuzo Christian Ohagwa is a dedicated educator with extensive experience in undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, research supervision, curriculum development, and academic mentoring. His teaching philosophy emphasizes academic excellence, critical thinking, ethical leadership, practical application of knowledge, and evidence-based learning, equipping students with the competencies required to excel in academia, industry, and public service.

His teaching expertise covers a broad range of courses in Human Resource Management and Business Administration, including Strategic Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Leadership and Governance, Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Human Capital Development, Performance Management, Research Methods, Organizational Development, and Human Resource Planning. Associate Professor Ohagwa has successfully supervised over 89 undergraduate research projects, as well as numerous Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Science (M.Sc.), and Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) dissertations and theses. His supervision focuses on maintaining high academic standards, promoting methodological rigor, and encouraging original, policy-relevant research that addresses contemporary challenges in human resource management and organizational development.
