Dr. Joy Omolola Oyeniran has over fifteen years of university teaching experience in Mathematics and Mathematics Education. Since joining Emmanuel Alayande University of Education, Oyo, in 2010, she has demonstrated excellence in teaching, curriculum delivery, student mentorship, and academic service. She has taught a broad range of undergraduate courses, including Introduction to Mathematics and Mathematics Education, Elementary Mathematics, Elementary Differential Equations, and Sets, Logic and Algebra, equipping students with the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required for effective mathematics teaching and learning.

Dr. Oyeniran adopts learner-centred and evidence-based instructional approaches that promote critical thinking, problem-solving, creativity, and active student engagement. Her teaching integrates contemporary pedagogical innovations, educational technology, and practical classroom strategies to enhance students' academic achievement and professional competence.
